Nikhail Asnani - Artist Bio
Nikhail grew up in the east-west metropolis that is Hong Kong. He started out acting in theatre and film before moving to Boston to pursue a bachelors degree at Tufts University. After graduation he returned home to work in various sectors from banking to editing and eventually started his own tank top line. He then channeled his focus into his true passion of film, by attending the UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting then by working in production of various feature films before finally writing and directing his own shorts. He recently completed his MFA from Chapman University where he developed his craft.

ABOUT SFFFF2022
Celebrating 16 Years of Providing International Film to the San Francisco Bay Area and Beyond.
We are very excited to be celebrating our 16th year of bringing amazing film and art events to the Bay Area. As COVID-19 continues to significantly impact the San Francisco Bay Area and global art community (via travel restrictions and in-person limitations) for the safety of our filmmakers, artists, partners, and guests the 2022 film festival program will be presented online/on-demand! The show must go on!
SFFFF2022 will include a incredible collection of over 175 films from over 47 countries, including inspiring feature documentaries, impressive experimental and virtual reality films, shorts of every genre, from comedy to sci-fi to drama. The festival will also features local Bay Area and international curated skate and surf films, music videos and so much more!
In addition to acclaimed short film collections from around the world on the international film circuit Frozen also promotes and showcases local Bay Area youth film part of the film festivals nonprofit programmatic mission. SFFFF2022 will be held July 13th through July 17th and available online. All festival passes will be available for donation. We can not wait to celebrate film, art, and music with you in July!
