SFFFF2023 is excited to be partnering with our friends at Noise Pop Industries to bring amazing public films and events to San Francisco July 12th to the 16th.

This years festival is hosted at the Bay's first ever year-round outdoor cinema in the heart of downtown San Francisco. We are so excited bring our amazing and rare film festival programming to the rooftop and to be seen by all on their 23' LED screen and amazing surroundings.

Join us and hang out under the stars from the comfort of Big Joe Original bean bags or deck lounge chairs under cozy blankets! Plus enjoy creative concessions with local products, a full bar, and the nearby food trucks and other activities at The Crossing round out the unforgettable and uniquely San Franciscan experience of The Cut Outdoor Cinema.

A Special Thank You To Our 2022 Partner Piano Fight Who Recently Closed It’s Doors

Thank you PianoFight! As part of a causality of the COVID crisis - San Francisco lost one of its very best community-driven indy arts venues that took pride in partnering with local artists to make great shows, mouth watering eats and delicious cocktails adding up to a uniquely San Francisco experience. They provided space and infrastructure to hundreds of artists, who create and stage 1,500 performances for over 50,000 audience members each year. During the day, they were also the home base for the offices and classrooms of community non-profits like Tenderloin Walking Tours and Code Tenderloin which runs a job-readiness program for TL residents. PianoFight was our devoted partner since 2007 and we will miss them in our community.

The Cut is located within The Crossing at East Cut. Our address is 250 Main St. San Francisco, CA 94105.

It’s chill and cozy! Standard admission includes a canvas sling deck lounge chairs and a Mexican blanket, or you go horizontal with a premium Big Joe Original beam bag experience!

Directions

Driving in downtown SF, even in SOMA, is no fun. The Cut is easily accesible by BART, bus, cable car or ferry; bike, scooter or skateboard; or your fave ride-sharing service. And it's a very pleasant stroll.

If you must drive there is limited street parking available nearby and a number of public garages that may cost you more than the movie ticket. More information on transit and parking is available on the Crossing site.
